At the meeting of the Committee, it was noted that the bill (Reg. No. 2122) is created in to implement constitutional right of Ukrainian citizens for freedom of speech and free activity of mass media.
In particular, the bill proposes to amend the Civil Procedural and Economic Procedural Codes, the Code of Administrative Proceedings of Ukraine. It is proposed also to supplement the laws “On Television and Radio Broadcasting” and “On Print Media in Ukraine”.
